Monteverde is a boutique villa project with a community based on decisively breaking the flawed patterns of modern urban lifestyle and creating a highly livable, lovable, communal, and sustainable way of living.

We briefed to design the project’s visual identity including its logo, sales brochure and website. Inspiring from natural and organic forms of nature, such as waves, patterns of wood and olive oil (specially produced in İzmir - location of the project) we designed the logo. Materials used on other visual elements have chosen from recycled and natural materials. In order to promote the sustainability idea, sales brochure is designed as a notebook/diary, thus it will become a permanent/collectable item for the holder.
